Q:Why should I buy Organic Aqua?

A: A tank is a closed system which will accumulate waste materials over a period of time and if the toxic gases (ammonia, nitrites and nitrates) and waste materials in the tank are not controlled and broken down effectively, your fish will die. Tap water contains various chemicals that are harmful and do not create a natural environment for your fish. One needs to run a new system for at least two weeks before having sufficient bacteria for effective filtration, now with our treatments one can stock a new tank, immediately! As a bonus it will also reduce fish loss with 90% and reduce regular water changes and heavy tank maintenance. Q: What makes Organic Aqua different from all the other products?

A: Included in one price you’ll receive 3 different products, designed to treat, control and boost: the water; the filter and the fish, offering the complete solution, replacing all the other different products on the market. Our products are a unique blend of natural ingredients with far superior effect. Organic Aqua allows you to stock a new tank immediately and reduces the amount of water changes needed. It gives the filter that extra boost for effective filtration and boost the fish immune systems while preventing the outbreak and spreading of various diseases.

Q: What is the difference between the Start-up and Maintenance kit?

A: The Start-up kit contains more B-bac And Health Treatment than the Maintenance kit. The reason being? The B-bac and Health Treatment will not filter out, however the General Treatment is a weekly treatment. Because the Start-up kit treats the full capacity of your tank, it contains your weekly General Treatment and more B-bac and Health Treatment than the Maintenance kit. The Maintenance kit is designed for your convenience and caters for the monthly 25% water replacement. It contains enough B-bac and Health treatment to treat the replaced 25% water as well as your weekly General Treatment. Because General Treatment is the water treatment and has to continually break down waste materials, reduce toxic gases and prevents algae growth, it is a weekly treatment. Therefore it is recommended to introduce a Start-up kit when starting up with our treatments and maintain this natural balanced ecology monthly with our Maintenance kit. One must apply a Start-up kit again whenever doing a major water change or tank clean out.

Q: How effective is Organic Aqua with reducing the ammonia, nitrites and nitrates during the “new water syndrome” period.

A: B-bac and General Treatment will radically reduce the toxic gas levels, Such as ammonia, nitrate and nitrite. It will protect the fish during the danger phases of the nitrogen cycle. It prevents ammonia burn and neutralizes bad odors. These two products in combination are immediately active and effective and will reduce the fish loss up to 90%.

Q: How can I reduce remaining nitrates?

A: the general treatment removes ammonia and nitrites effectively therefore a bio-filter is not needed. Instead, use a normal mechanical filter e.g.: air filter with cotton wool filling. Exchange or clean the filter medium (the wool, etc) regularly (once a month or bi-weekly) with chlorinated water, as this will reduce the production of Nitrates by traditional bacteria. Always ensure the nitrogen gas has an escape route (i.e. leave that lid open during day or night!).

Q: How does Organic Aqua maintain a clean tank? What happens to the waste materials?

A: The General Treatment is designed to biologically break down waste materials; it acts as a bio filter. It also releases 80% more oxygen into the water and will prevent algae growth. It is important however to first do a major tank clean out if the tank is extremely dirty before introducing the treatments, as the General treatment is designed to maintain a clean environment for much longer periods.

Q: Will Organic Aqua affect the plants in a negative way?

A: No, it will only reduce phosphates and nitrates to an ecologically balanced level. Organic Aqua will not eliminate nitrate and phosphate levels completely, leaving your plants in a very good condition.

Q: What effect will these treatments have on my fish?

A: the Health Treatment will boost fish immune systems, brighten their colors and prevent the outbreak and spreading of various diseases. This treatment is also a cure to various diseases but is recommended as a preventative rather than a cure. Your fish will be more active, vibrant and healthy in these treatments.

Q: Do you have scientific findings?

A: Yes, we do have scientific findings and much of the certification will be completed during 2007. Thank you for your patience, when they are released they will reinforce all that we have stated and will be published on our website.

Q: Can you use other chemical based products as ailments in an Organic Aqua tank?

A: Yes, keep up with your usual Organic Aqua program. Using charcoal or carbon granules in your filter helps to extract as much of the chemical treatment as possible (such as your blue and green dies) when you are finished treating the fish. Replace 25% water after chemical treatment is over and be sure to continue with the Organic Aqua maintenance kit to replenish your ecology.

Q: What will happen if I stop using Organic Aqua?

A: The effect of the products on your filter, water and fish, will slowly decrease. Organic Aqua will have made your fish stronger. Because Organic Aqua maintains a healthy balanced ecology in your tank, your fish will be happier and stronger than living in a normal tap water environment. Therefore the fish strength and immune system will decrease over time, without the treatments, to that of fish in a normal tank, with the usual water problems.
